DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN TURKEY
For orders within Turkey, we’ve partnered with delivery service company Yurtiçi Kargo. Once we’ve received your payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours. After leaving our warehouse, Yurtiçi Kargo will deliver your order within 2 - 3 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Domestic shipping within Turkey is free.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE FOR SHIPPING WITHIN TURKEY?
We ship orders within Turkey with Yurtiçi Kargo Standard shipping. Orders will be delivered within 2- 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, we’ve partnered with UPS Express. If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. Ramesses Apparel is not responsible for customs charges. International orders are delivered within 3 - 5 business days after they are shipped.
Please note that in some cases international orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive since orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.
Your package will be shipped within 24 hours during business days from the date you placed the order. Once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse an email with tracking ID will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
If your package has not reached you within the promised delivery time start by searching for the package with the tracking ID you were provided with in the shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to track the package or are experiencing difficulties with the shipment please contact customer service for further assistance.

International orders are delivered within 3 — 5 business days after they are shipped. Your package will be shipped within 24 hours during business days from the date you placed the order.
